    gym works!

    Have been gyming 4 a month, and today i finally found my shape looked better....
    thank godness!!!
     
    exercises....can't believe that i've started to drown in this sh*t...
     
    but it really feels nice:))))
     
    close to Xmas, hope the old man can send me a Canon EOS 1Ds MARK II...ahahaha
